NROTC College of the Holy Cross• Managed 100 officer candidates in a leadership development program focusing on mental, moral, and physical preparation. • College Lecturer- taught courses in Naval Operations, Navigation, and Leadership and Ethics.• Coordinated logistical movement and professional training of 175 students on 12 ships in Middle East and Mid-Pacific regions.

Naval Beach Group One• Led department consisting of 3 Officers, 12 Chief Petty Officers, and 70 Enlisted Sailors. • Designed and executed the logistical ship-to-shore transportation of over 2000 Marines and 250 vehicles in the Pacific and Middle East ensuring safe arrival of all personnel and accountability for all equipment. • Selected as the Strike Group’s Embedded Action Officer to Naval Central Command in Bahrain; coordinated movement and operational support for 16 ships across the Middle East.

USS Preble, DDG 88• Managed team of 30 personnel in execution of shipboard weapon systems including Land Attack Missiles.• Led early and efficient installation of Tactical Tomahawk Weapon System.• Trained and led team of 12 sailors and 6 civilians during three Tomahawk operational test launches that certified new missiles and tactics.
