I am a production supervisor with Arvin Sango. My job is coordinate my team to meet and exceed daily production goals. I pride myself in the team I have built in my department with record volume production, minimized downtime, decreased manpower, and cost management. I have learned to effectively create a physically and mentally safe working environment for my department by implementing safety guidelines set by the company and a open door policy to my members.
