Oversaw the implementation of all aspects of a dynamic outdoor education program, including: risk management, site management, staffing, program and curriculum development and student preparation. Subsequently worked with faculty to ensure transfer of student learning and celebrating student success. Simultaneously planned and coordinated over 250 students on 20 unique one-week trips across the country. Mentored staff to build capacity in linking experiential learning with curriculum. Led student placements, pre/post trip meetings, parent evenings, budgets, research, and marketing.Coordinated reciprocal national and international exchanges for students in Grades 8-10.
