About Sean Bigney

My career started in restaurants, making my way from a cashier at a fast-casual restaurant to fine dining waitstaff at one of the oldest hotels in Denver. In 2019, I had the opportunity to move my career in a new direction working in a more corporate environment. Within 2 years, I proved my abilities to not just my department, but other department heads and divisions of the company. A new department was created, and I was approached to head it up. I went from a department of 1 to a department of 13 within a year and oversaw the customer facing side of a company acquisition and training my new hires on the products and programs from both the current and newly acquired companies.In that role, I spent a large amount of time working with our operations department to help define better processes for improving the products and services, in addition to managing my team and assisting in direct customer support. I realized that I wanted to gain a bigger role in finding proactive solutions to customer and company issues. I have decided to pursue that role. My experience working directly with customers along with coordinating with different departments would translate incredibly well to finding better long term solutions within a company. I’m very quick to pick up new ideas and techniques, and love to learn by doing. I am no stranger to hard work, and I do everything in my power to ensure the best level of support and leadership I can offer.
