Globally, these services include power plant engineering, procurement and construction; facility operations & maintenance; design, manufacture and application of engineered components, upgrades and re-rates; repair, overhaul and optimization of gas and steam turbines, generators, pumps, compressors and other high-speed rotating equipment. Overall P&L leadership and General Management responsibility for continued sustainable growth, service excellent, high customer satisfaction and financial responsibility while performing under the highest ethics. My role oversees management of major LTSA’s, MSA’s contracts as well transactional activities throughout Asia.

1. Accountable for all contracts and orders executed in the UK and Middle East, North Africa, European,and Asia-Pacific regions. - The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) scope includes contract mobilization phase as well as day-to-day O&M care, custody, and control. - Major Maintenance ranges from multi-year, full scope maintenance product and service, long-term maintenance to simple, single scope transactional orders. - Commercial management of all contracted backlog to contract/order terms.- Delivery of the financial business plan for all contracted/order backlog.
