Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Missouri State University, I’m passionate about enhancing recreational experiences and creating safe, welcoming spaces for all users.Through my role as Building Manager and Fitness Attendant Lead at Missouri State's Foster Recreation Center, I manage a multi-million dollar facility, overseeing safety, customer service, and daily operations. My leadership extends to training new team members and maintaining clear communication with staff and patrons. Additionally, I have enhanced team coordination by introducing streamlined communication tools, improving efficiency and accessibility for student staff.My internship with the University of Wisconsin–Madison Recreation & Wellbeing Department expanded my expertise in operational management, policy updates, and budget planning, including creating an automated budget tool to track an annual budget. I’m particularly proud of my contributions to updating their Emergency Action Plan and facilitating safe, efficient building operations.Beyond my professional roles, I serve on the Strategic Planning Committee for Missouri State (2025-2030) and the executive board of Sigma Nu, where I contribute to inclusive initiatives and support member well-being through meaningful conversations and mental health advocacy.I am seeking Graduate Assistantship opportunities in Athletics and Recreation Operations Management to further develop my skills in facility operations, event coordination, and student leadership.
