- Drive and manage IT teams in executing new initiatives as well as optimizing ongoing operations.- Work with cross functional teams and develop functional IT strategy and IT roadmap. To liaise with group IT team and establish solution meeting local needs while adhering to group standards.- Collaborate with business team to achieve accurate RFP and analyses system function proposal from end-users. Datacenter Security Management. Cooperate with the internal/external IT audit and meet their needs.Global projects (Such as Active Directory, Business Contingency planning and Disaster Recovery plan) coordination and local execution. Lead IT Infrastructure improvement, new technology evaluation driven by business need. Manage outsourced IT service delivery.
