Sean received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Winthrop University. During his time at Winthrop he played soccer for the Eagles and interned with the Strength and Conditioning staff at the Winthrop Coliseum, working with all sports. Sean went on to further his education by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).Growing up with parents in the physical therapy field, Sean developed an interest in health and fitness at a young age. As an athlete with a highly competitive spirit, health and fitness became a passion, as he strived to become the best he could be. Now, as a coach, Sean wants to help others find that passion to reach their highest potential and compete to the best of their ability. Outside of work, Sean enjoys adventuring with his dogs, Baxter and Opie, working out, Sunday League Soccer, and cooking!
