-Lead and coached a small team of Account Managers working on clients in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands. - Owned key/ largest Nordic accounts across many approaches, such as Premium Branding, Performance, Lead Generation, Content Marketing and Arbitrage.- Campaign Management, Optimisation, Upselling and Cross Selling across Yahoo's full suite of advertising options.- Drove Revenue Growth through the adoption of new strategies such as Digital Out of Home and Connected TV.- Collaborated closely with sales teams on new pitches, strategies, budget allocation and pricing.- Represented the Nordics team on a number of levels in EMEA based projects.- Assisted with Screening, Interviewing and Hiring within our customer service organisation.- Testing and Providing Feedback on beta versions of internal tools and on Salesforce CRM developments.- Working closely with other stakeholder teams such as Billing, Credit, and Collection teams to ensure customer experience was as efficient as possible.

As part of the INTRA programme (Integrated Training) facilitated by DCU, I completed a one year full time placement working closely with the directors, accounting team and office manager. My duties included:o Generating Weekly and Monthly Performance Spreadsheet reports on Excel which acted as timetables, analyses and cost controllers.o Company Registration Office (CRO) Cost Control.o Creating and Managing the Client Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorism Database. This was done in order to comply with Irish law and also to ensure and verify all clients were who they presented themselves as. o Produce and Send a newsletter every second week whilst the office manager was unavailable.o Aiding the directors and accounting team when needed calculating and analysing data, making schedules and breakdowns using Microsoft Excel.o Managing the Paperless Office document management system.

I worked part time within this organization since the summer of 2007 and full time during the summer periods.
