This part time job gave me the necessary skills to understand customer’s needs, such as solving their problems to the best of my ability. I understood my role was to be charismatic and understanding and I always fulfilled this. I was patient with customers and offered advice on the menu when requested. ROLES & RESPONABILTIES:• Greeting customers at they enter, making sure covid regulations are being followed.• Taking food and drinks orders and delivering them to kitchen and bar.• Answering questions about wine menu and food menu• Making sure the customer is satisfied, giving bills and processing payments.
