• Guided patients through the process of getting a vaccine by checking them in to the system, giving them necessary paperwork, and escorting them to their room permitting the office to increase capacity by 50-60 patients per day• Aided patients by answering any questions related to the Covid-19 vaccine which permitted patients to be vaccinated more efficiently and relieve their stress• Maintained a clean and sterile environment and took all patients temperatures in order to minimize the chance of Covid being spread• Aided the front office in other miscellaneous tasks such as assembling necessary paperwork for physicals of multiple ages so that the rush of physical season wasn’t too overwhelming for the staff

• Communicated with customers to answer any questions and made sure they obeyed all safety precautions to promote a positive atmosphere in the park • Managed ride and ride area by keeping it as clean and safe as possible to make sure guests were having an enjoyable experience• Collaborated with other ride operators on bigger rides to work as efficiently as possible which minimized the line wait time and improved the customer’s experience
