Coordinated activities of IT, Finance, and 250 consultants through Set-up, beta testing, and full adoption.

• Founding partner who created, marketed, and distributed EON, a scientifically advanced hydration beverage.• Successfully handled the development of EON to include formulation, packaging, bottling, logistics and marketing.

• Managed and strategized BofAML’s street relationships. Developed a strong network of ECM relationships throughout the street while serving as the primary contact relaying and obtaining critical deal information. • Assessed the trading, research, and distribution capabilities of firms for their participation in deal syndication. • Coordinated Syndicate Ops, Legal, Retail and Economics-related issues for more than 200 transactions raising more than $150BN in proceeds. • Managed BofAML’s Closed End Fund Syndicate business. Led 4 Closed End Funds (CEF) and Co-led 13 other CEF’s. Responsible for coordinating with IBK, Issuer, and Counsel; determining underwriter commitments; developing stabilization strategy and execution.• Managed comprehensive Execution database, Block Trade database, Global ECM Calendar, and the Global Capital Commitment Pipeline.• Coordinated all BofAML ECM league table issues including representing BofAML in all Street – wide roundtable criteria discussions
