I've been a manager for the last 6 and a halve years, I have excellent customer service skills,I learn and adapt quickly, I'm a key holder to 2 of my current employers restaurant locations,I'm responsible for hiring and making the schedule from time to time when the general manager is to busy to do so , I'm also tasked with making sure our labour cost is low as well as food cost cost, I order all of the supplies for the restaurant, reason for wanting to leave is I've been promised a general manager position going on 2 years now and i just feel like ive reached the max rate that i will be paid in my current position I simply cannot afford to wait any longer i am looking for a career I can grow with for years to come
