As a TQA technician I am responsible for handling repeat trouble calls and multiple truck rolls, given extra time for extended customer communication and to double check all services subscribed and to ensure customer satisfaction. I am also responsible for following in house technicians and contractors, performing quality control checks to make sure they are performing to company specifications and more importantly to make sure the customer feels they have been taken care of respectfully.

On a daily basis I arrive at customers’ homes to perform installations and service calls on any 4 of the media systems Time Warner Cable offers (TV, Internet, Phone, and Intelligent Home). This requires a strong knowledge of Coaxial Cable systems and requirements as well as the proper use and installation of company leased Set Top Boxes and Modems in conjunction with customer owned equipment. Along with installations, I provide customers with the knowledge they need to properly use their services through demonstrations, product pamphlets, and gained access to online tools and instructional videos. When performing service calls i work with the customer to address all concerns with their services. Then through troubleshooting and previous experience i get to work, efficiently solving the customers problems as well as looking for ways to improve the safety and security of there services while preventing problems in the future. When running cables and setting up equipment i try to be as neat as possible while following customers guidelines and expectations.
