Meet bi- weekly to discuss relevant content around Individual Development Plans, planning for interviews, setting goals and milestones, effectively using your voice, helping to influence the workplace culture etc. 2021 – Oaxaca, Mexico – Spent three months working on rebuilding a secondary school, Paulo Freire, that was impacted by 2017 earthquakes. Work included all aspects of building construction. Shared communal living space with 33 other volunteers and 13 staff members, under strict covid protocols. Implemented processes to build and create a community within our shared space. Was selected by volunteers and staff as Volunteer of the Cohort. 2020 – Yabucoa, Puerto Rico – Focus was on repairing roofs and doing mold sanitation on homes that were impacted by Hurricane Maria in 2017. Selected as volunteer of the week.
