Very similiar responsibilities to last coaching engagement except my area of focus has changed. I am now working with our teams that support Humana's external websites/digital assets, mobile applications and some others.

As Agile Coach for Humana's Medicare and individual product lines, I am responsible for ensuring that Agile teams have adopted & implemented Agile principles appropriately. I also consult, train and coach teams as they transition from their existing development framework to an Agile delivery model. I am also responsible for the creation, improvement & tailoring of processes that align with each individual Agile teams business and support model that will help each team deliver the highest business value to Medicare and individual product stakeholders. I am also an enterprise Agile trainer and work with associates of all ranks/roles across Humana's various business segments for on-going training and consulting needs.
