Responsible for reporting on Key Performance indicators for all TJMaxx and Marshalls stores (~2,150 stores). Produced reporting for use by senior management in the Home Office as well as all levels of management in the field. Performed adhoc analysis on store performance per management’s request. Updated and maintained the KPI portion of our SAP database. Responsible for year- end inventory scheduling for all Marmaxx stores. Contributed to the development of Payroll Plans by forecasting key drivers each month. Streamlined Driver forecasting files for improved efficiency and to continue to support growing business needs.

Responsible for expenses in all TJMaxx and Marshalls stores (~2,050 Stores). Reviewed P&L’s with accounting for both chains on a monthly basis. Created and ran monthly reports on Marmaxx (TJMaxx & Marshalls) expenses. Analyzed and reported on expense trends, as well as corporate expenditures to Finance. Responsible for creating an Annual plan for 50+ accounts, approx. 80 million on a Marmaxx basis.Worked with vendors, and Zone offices to ensure correct coding and payment of expenses. Performed ad-hoc analysis per request using Oracle and SAP systems. Helped establish the expense portion of SAP and was responsible for maintaining that section of the program. Worked closely with the Zone Analyst position, which included the creation of various SAP templates and financial models to enable them to better review expenses.

Responsible for many of the inventory related journal entries, primarily Finished Goods, Intransits, and Inventory related accruals. Responsible for preparing a number of reconciliation mostly based on the journal entries that I created. Monitored receipt and invoice reports on an ongoing basis to prepare month end entries. Created a system of spreadsheets to more efficiently identify invoicing issues.

Internship during senior year of college to familiarize myself with the accounting industry. Participated in many activities necessary in the daily operation of an accounting firm, also converted paper documents to .pdf and stored them in Lacerte. Assisted in the outsourcing of 1040’s to India.
