Working with Pernod Ricard brands: Absolut Elyx, Jameson, Avion, Altos & The Glenlivet Founders Reserve in Hollywood & DTLA. Transferred from Los Angeles to the Dallas/Fort Worth market continuing to support the PRUSA Craft portfolio in September 2018.

Duties include; designing, creating & maintaining all aspects of the beverage program for the new Mama Shelter property. Mama Shelter is a boutique hotel with locations currently in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseilles & Istanbul. Los Angeles is the newest property & the first in the U.S. With 70 rooms above on 7 floors. The Bar Restaurant has a list of 8 specialty cocktails, an extensive wine list, mocktails. Craft, domestic & imported beers with a wide selection of spirits are available as well. There is also an intelligentsia cafe located in the heart of the hotel. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner our operating hours are 7am until 1am weekdays & extended until 2am on the weekends. Sunday brunch is $28 for an all you can eat buffet style brunch with a $15 add on for bottomless bloody marys or white sangria from 11am until 3pm. DJ's spin live music Thursday-Saturday nights & also on Sunday afternoons for brunch. Happy Hour is 3pm-7pm, 7 days a week. The 360 degree views of the city from the rooftop bar/restaurant will be available soon & will include a small theatre where movies will be projected every night of the week. There will be a fully contained bar & kitchen on the roof that will have its very own specialty cocktail list & food menu. All cocktail & spirits lists designed by Sean Hamilton.

The oldest Victorian house in Hollywood, built in 1902, It was a school to such children as Charlie Chaplin early in its life. It has now undergone a facelift to bring it back to the former glory that it once was. With a Gin & Whiskey focused inventory, this cocktail destination is THE place to find a great cocktail & relax next to the fire place out on the patio or make a reservation for the lounge upstairs to be treated to something particularly spectacular. Either way NO VACANCY is a must see in Hollywood!

Part of the HoustonHospitality portfolio, Harvard & Stone is an industrial paradise. An architectural dream. There are many little rooms and trinkets to be seen. The drinks are phenomenal and we as bartenders can create anything custom to your specific palate. There is also an R&D bar in the back where there is a different menu with a different bartender EVERY NIGHT!! Winning many awards, such as just recently, the best small nightclub of 2012 from the Las Vegas bar awards, it has been an amazing privilege to work at and with such great people. Love H&S!!
