Having relocated to Dubai, I have been busy managing operations for the rapidly growing Pro Clean AC. We specialise in AC cleaning for commercial and residential properties across the region.Alongside this I’ve started my own passion project, launching my events brand NXT SCL - we’re filling up venues across Dubai with our comedy and social events:Wing-Your-FriendThe Comedy CaveNXT SCL Co-LabOver the previous 5 years at Protect Group, I was lucky enough to work day in day out with truly passionate people. When managing recruitment globally and I had the privilege of finding, on boarding and training these incredible individuals during a time of hyper growth in terms of both revenue and headcount. Key contributions included overseeing the set up of PG's international hubs in MEA, South America and Asia as well as successfully launching Protect Financial an innovative financial wellbeing service as the Head of Sales in 2021. I then had life-changing experiences in India where I managed operations as well as a team of 20+ business development executives. During this time I had exposure to working with some of the worlds largest travel, accommodation, transport and events platforms and attended major conferences to develop new business.During the 5 years previous to this I worked in a number of roles for REED NCFE on employability contracts within both Further Education and Higher Education settings. I am proud to have played a key role in setting up new contracts in both London and Leeds before permanently managing the Leeds Trinity University contract. I then transferred to working for the university within the Graduate Employment Team before joining the exciting and rapidly growing Protect Group.
