Delivery Lead covering Central Region - Manchester and Birmingham offices. Technical oversight of projects in the region, improving efficiency and effectiveness of their delivery. Responsible for delivering initiatives in response Building Safety Act and Building Regulations Principal Designer role as well as implementation of Autodesk Construction Cloud. Major project - delivery of BTR residential project in Edinburgh with 380 dwellings in 4 blocks, each over 10 storeys.

In the 17 years I spent at Levitt Bernstein I delivered more than a dozen projects across the UK and Ireland. In 2016, after 10 years in the London office, I relocated to Manchester, becoming a key member of the management team of the newly formed studio up here. Whilst in London I helped establish and manage the Building Group (later Detail Studio), a team charged with the delivery of the practice’s award-winning projects. Many years later this group is still in operation and is something I am personally very proud of. BIMnet was established in 2012 to provide a space for the sharing of ideas and experiences about BIM and related digital technologies. Not a virtual space but a ‘real’ physical space where people come to share their thoughts and ideas with peers from across the industry, face to face. The principles that lie at the heart of BIMnet are; Collaboration and Sharing of Information. A collaborative approach from the beginning BIMnet was co-founded by five individuals representing five different organisations with a varied interest in BIM in differing sectors. BIMnet was fundamentally conceived as a social networking platform for the sharing of industry related information. The founding partners are made up of the following individuals from the following organisations:• Aecom• Bespoke• Levitt Bernstein • Plowman Craven • Willmott Dixon The events are centred on networking with an informative presentation on a BIM related subject from an invited speaker. Events are mainly promoted through the BIMnet website, word of mouth and social media. The organisation is run on a not-for-profit basis.

Spawforths is a Yorkshire based planning and Urban Design practice with a client list that ranges from private developers through to local authorities. Sean worked on a range of large scale masterplanning projects as well as running a year long consultation process, The Colne Valley Renaissance for the Yorkshire Forward.

Watkins Gray is a cross sector acrchitectural practice with offices across the UK. Sean spent a year in the London office working on PFI projects in the South of England and then relocated to the Leeds office to run a number of schools projects in Newcastle.

HOK is a global practice working across a wide range of sectors. I worked on site for a year on a major refurbishment of a government department in Whitehall.
