Boston, Massachusetts, United States

• Delivered professional technology support services to 5,600 users at 82 shore units, 36 cutters, 236 boats and 70 remote communications sites across the entire New England region. Led 200 personnel at 7 detachments to.
• Stood up the new Department upon a CG-wide reorganization, & managed the corresponding change.
• Turned around a severe workplace climate issue at a remote detachment with 13 personnel.
• Directed the efficient operations of the unit with measurable results.

Singapore

• Led whole-of-government engagements with international partners to secure the international maritime supply chain across Southeast Asia.
• Assessed 19 high risk foreign ports, of which two resulted in ‘condition of entry’ requirements.
• Organized four capacity building events and promoted port security at 14 international seminars.
• Established a new maritime relationship between the U.S. Coast Guard and Burma/Myanmar.
