Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to drive sales, marketing, and operations success in many companies. I enjoy working with talent to define strategy, execute, and grow businesses. My focus over the last 25 years has been to work with clients/partners in the equity compensation marketplace to find technology and consulting solutions specific to their needs, systems, and processes. Outside of work, I’m a huge “foodie” mostly outside the kitchen, but I know enough to be dangerous with Thai, French, and other cuisines. I bang the rust off of my golf swing when I can and enjoy swinging my driver out of my shoes leading to either striping a fairway or sending the ball two neighborhoods over. I'm also a proud father of 3 amazing boys. Most weekends are centered around activities with my kids, either in athletics or finding our next food experience we haven’t had yet together. My wife is fantastic. We love to travel and find creative ways to spend time together which are almost entirely lead by her creative ideas.
