Kforce's Consulting Solutions division delivers managed team and managed service solutions to our clients. I was brought on to build the Consulting Solutions Recruiting and Resource Management Team from the ground up.One portion of my team (4 Lead Resource Managers) create, implement, and manage a custom Recruiting and Resource Management plan for each of our projects and clients to ensure we are able to find, assess, and deploy the best talent to meet their needs. - Led a Human Resources Committee of four employees responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Human Resources processes to attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent. Additionally, managed two teams which recruited new employees, created new franchises, and provided services to all existing franchises.

Recruiting:- Hired, trained, and managed 11 recruiters to achieve recruiting and growth plans while maintaining financial and operational controls in more than 250 franchises. Personnel and Human Resources:- Full hiring responsibility for all new recruiter hires including final decision-making responsibility. Duties included; sourcing, coordinating evaluations, cultivating interest, and managing offers. - Re-designed and implemented new creative interview system. New system included the creation of and direct oversight of the organization’s first formal Human Resource Hiring Committee.- Sourced, interviewed, hired, trained, and managed full-time coordinator – designed new hiring framework to aid in sourcing, assessment, and selection.- Planned, coordinated, and ensured execution of all recruiting team training/development including most notably a two month professional summer development program (trained 23 people). Developed and managed educational partnership with local University.- Made all human resource decisions for 11 person recruiting team and managed daily recruiting team services to clients.Strategy and Operations:- Served as organizational gatekeeper by reviewing and approving all new franchises. - Directly impacted the organization’s annual profit margin by managing and directing Fraternity monetary and human resources to meet or exceed organization’s annual sales objective and ensured the timely collection of over 3.5 million dollars in annual billings. (Grew sales in 2007-2008 in a declining market)- Developed and managed a $650,000 annual budget - under budget 2.9% (2008) and 2.1% (2009).Special Consideration: - Created guidelines for internal human resource mentorship program. Recruited, trained, and managed 22 staff mentors.- Coordinated all outplacement services and networking opportunities for recruiting team.

Pacific Northwest

- Responsible for 10 state region with 22 franchises. Consulted with University officials, local alumni, and undergraduates in all areas of operations to identify needs and deliver recruiting and learning and development resources. Over 25,000 miles traveled.- Delivered over 100 presentations to over 500 people on “leadership development, recruitment, financial management, and organizational success”.- Responsible for over 13% growth in region Periodic Membership Report (census).- Responsible for helping to drive a 3.2% percent increase in National Periodic Membership Report (census).
