For me, delivering measurable victories to complex problems despite overwhelming odds is now all in a day’s work.While in China, I had P&L responsibility bootstrapping four businesses in supply chain, training, e-commerce, and hospitality, giving me a profound self-directed drive for growth, proven success in B2B sales and customer success, expertise in B2C/O2O community building, management and marketing, as well as a deep understanding of China’s market and culture. I've done or dabbled in almost everything any organization needs to do. My accomplishments are the product of proactive strategy, a "buck stops here" mentality, nimble pivoting, and learning quickly.
