The first Site Reliability Engineer working on the NextGen Axon Security Analytics Platform. Playing a huge part in building up the SRE team globally for the Axon platform, which involves onboarding, training and being a leader for the team. Also acting as a team lead in this role, providing a voice for the team as we work with other Engineering teams.Spending a lot of spare time during this experience to upskill in Python (and other programming languages) in order to automate processes, removing the human layer from causing chaos.

As well a being a mentor for all Technical Support Engineers globally and being one of, if not the go to person on how LogRhythm works as a product and how to fix it, also took on numerous projects:Tech Enablement - Created Deep Dives into every aspect of the LogRhythm product, these are now used as onboarding training for new hires across the technical teams within LogRhythm (Sales, Customer Success, Consultants, Engineering)Operation Upskill - Mastermind behind a project to enhance the onboarding training for all Technical staff, this involved:- Automated lab building process to create a lab environment with various configurations to allow engineers to try practical exercises and work through common faults seen within the LogRhythm SIEM - Interactive and engaging- For this used AWS, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Confluence and Power Automate - was a huge successCommon Troubleshooting Scenarios - Every month committed to creating 2-3 common troubleshooting scenarios where I'd produce a video walkthrough of how to troubleshoot a specific scenario as well as providing a blueprint for troubleshooting this - enhancing the Technical Engineers skills and confidence in resolving this kind of issue which ultimately lead to a greater customer experience
