As a physiotherapist and the owner/director at Allsports Physiotherapy Macgregor, I lead the team at Allsports to enhance the health and wellbeing of individuals and the community. Over my 25-year career as a Physiotherapist, I have gained extensive experience within the local, state and national sporting communities, working with the Australian Paralympic Powerlifters, Queensland Men's Hockey, Sunnybank Rugby Union, Souths Logan Rugby League, We share our facilities- with the CBJ Health Club and work closely with their team to ensure appropriate use of the on-site, state-of-the-art gym, pool and pilates studio, to assist with the patient's health and wellbeing rehabilitation.What makes us different is the large network of health providers that we draw upon, including GPs, sports and musculoskeletal physicians, specialists (orthopaedic and neuro-surgeons) podiatrists, dieticians, exercise physiologists and personal trainers. Our services include:- Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Pilates, Massage Therapy, Podiatry and Shockwave Therapy.- Occupational Health Physiotherapy (OHP) that includes Pre-employment screening- Sports team coverage. This includes pre-game taping, on-field injury management and post-game injury management and treatmentOur clients include: weekend warriors, pre- elite sportspeople, post-operative clients, sporting clubs, schools and businesses in our community In addition, I am currently a board member of Accoras and a member of the Finance and Risk and the Futures and Nominations Committees, an organisation which inspires wellbeing in our communities by delivering free or low-cost mental health programs, clinical services, groups and workshops.
