Associate Director Of Operations
Current● Serve as liaison between mass tort litigation departments and all support departments to facilitate communication, initiate projects, and translate business needs into action points for Operations, IT, Marketing, and Accounting.● Oversee firm wide migration from multiple client management services to one Salesforce-based platform.● Interface with, vet, and provide recommendations for potential vendors providing support services to IT, Operations, and Legal Departments.● Represent firm at industry conferences.● Interface with, create reporting for, and serve as contact for high volume referring partners.● Assist in hiring management level Operations and Call Center staff.● Develop, implement, and review all call center scripting, key performance indicators, and reporting.
