From 2013 to 2019, I have developed my science knowledge and skills by completing my Environmental Science degree while also working full time in a challenging and demanding banking role. Throughout my degree, I have had opportunities to develop my project planning, data analysis and report writing skills. Organisation, planning, working to demanding deadlines, analysing errors and preparing root cause analysis reports were key to my last role. I have shown that I work well as part of a team and can liaise with different areas that may have different priorities, delivering excellent customer service. As team leader I have helped to develop team members, deliver service level agreements and introduce new processes to meet changing demands. My focus from day to day tasks to long-term projects is always to deliver the best for customers, looking holistically at the clients’ needs.I am now keen to improve my Environmental Science skills and and knowledge by beginning a career in this area. I am interested in renewable and sustainable development.
