Provided technical leadership within the CRS Enterprise Architecture team through a global implementation of emerging cloud technologies. Led integration platform research and selection of the Dell Boomi platform to support transition to the cloud platform, including integrations between Salesforce, Oracle ERP, ADP and other cloud applications. Provide data transformation and conversion leadership for the worldwide implementation of Oracle’s cloud ERP product, including a global scope of the agency’s financial, human resources and supply chain functions. Provide leadership as IT's primary liaison with the Global Finance team, guiding a migration of critical custom functionality to Oracle’s upgraded integration cloud platform.

Manage, design and implement multiple and concurrent Salesforce.com implementations for organizations in a wide variety of industries. Engage customers to scope, configure and roll out large scale Salesforce solutions. Architect configurable, customized and third-party solutions to meet application requirements using Agile development methodologies. Manage offshore developers to deliver custom Salesforce components. Track project schedules, budgets and status to manage customer engagements.

As a sole proprietor, provide technical and consulting leadership to a variety of organizations to scope, design, deliver and enhance cloud-based solutions. Lead implementation of Salesforce.com solutions using Agile development methodologies. Provide processes and procedures to drive efficiency through technical solutions. Specific project work included: - Technology leader for a newly formed 503c not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting victims of sexual and emotional abuse. Secured donated software and services of approximately $100K for the organization. Integrate back office ERP solution to new website, including e-commerce, fundraising, event registration, certification and remote site administration functionality. Consolidated over two dozen data sources to a single data store to improve data capture and reporting quality. - Lead analysis, design and implementation of Salesforce.com instances to support a variety of organizations, including a major shipping carrier, a multinational facilities management firm, and a leading DC-based think tank. - Develop and deliver data quality analysis and remediation procedures for a worldwide non-government agency’s Program Management application built on the Salesforce.com platform.
