I took over the operational aspects of one of the manufacturing parts of Bidcorp and over the past 10 months revolutionized the way the business operated.Due to personal circumstances I have had to leave this role to return to York.

Took over DPD's "black spot" site, worked with the development team to support the sites middle management team and took the site into 99.95% elite service with the lowest cost to budget in the region.Left to pursue personal objectives in life following another successful site turn around.

Took over the site operations, implementation of standardized ways of working and an integrated a method for the team to progress up the ranks and multi skilling of site operatives. Implementation of the above lead to supporting production to achieve planned targets with increase of syndopal from less than 4 Mt per week to over 60 Mt per week.Left due to fixing all issues and personal progression.

Took over the worst and 2nd largest site in Amazon logistics with an fdds of under 94% in the most complex 3d geography in amzl for a single site. Changed network focus to geo code security and tackling short cuts on the system which supported taking geo code accuracy in the site from 27% (against a standard of over 80%) under 100m, development of hyper zones, took £2.4 million out of the sites cost due to improved quality, driver turn over during 12 months prior to me joining was 624, at end of my first year this was reduced to 127.On leaving First time delivery success was at 98.99% and top in the south east region.Left due to family issues in Yorkshire and business change with MBA's.

Took over the worst performing site in bidfood running a loss of £1.9million pa and credit % of 17 to 28% on time of joining... By the time I left the business had brought the site into profit, credit% of 2% and implementation of a national backhaul operation leading to over £3 million in profit for the business. Supported various other sites in the business.Left due to the opportunity to run Amazon's flagship site in London.

Responsible for the E-commerce Distribution Operation covering Halfords two National Distribution centres. Managing a 2 year change programme including physical distribution, lean management, team culture change and shift change. Implementing the infrastructure changes to enable the increase in Digital sales fulfilment.

Responsible on a daily basis the site operation managing inbound and outbound volumes, staffing requirements and M.H.E requirements. Working with supply chain with regards issues for peak trading.
