• Responsible for the analysis and development of Army Research contracts on behalf of the U.S. Army. • Primary developer of a Contract Analysis/Tracking device for the Sensors and Electron Device Directorate (SEDD) at ARL. The tool will be used to forecast funding for current and future SEDD contracts. • Responsible for providing contract analysis reports to the head of SEDD. Providing insight on the feasibility of forecasted procurements based on budgetary expectations. • Developed a Project Management Timeline for the ARL contracting office using relational databases in Microsoft Access. The tool is used to analyze employee output per directorate and contract.
