As a Senior Cybersecurity Culture and Communications Consultant, I'm responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications to establish a culture of cyber resiliency across Allstate and its subsidiaries, as well as in communities across Northern Ireland, the U.S., and India. I also lead Allstate's Cyber Safety program - a global cybersecurity education initiative - which provides awareness courses for society's most vulnerable internet users.

It is my job to reduce risk to Allstate by ensuring all employees, staff, and contractors understand and follow security requirements to behave in a secure manner. I achieve this in collaboration with security professionals using persuasive communication, change management, and marketing skills to develop and maintain a cybersecurity awareness program.

I worked on the development of Santander UK's digital assistant - Sandi - and was responsible for writing content and designing customer journeys that maximised user experiences across a range of digital platforms, and delivered on the bank's wider business objectives.I am also experienced in conversational design, and have worked extensively with training A.I. through Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning to create a sophisticated machine.
