As Head of Production, I lead a team of video professionals, stretching across Production, Post-Production and Engineering. Together we support our clients' missions to educate, inform and inspire viewers around the world. I make sure that my team is set up to succeed, and to do their best work. What does that work look like?Producing: Our Video Producers manage the life cycles of hundreds of videos every year - from initial project kickoff up through production and post. Post-Production: Our Video Editors bring our projects across the finish line with aplomb, assembling an immense amount of material into tight, engaging videos and podcasts.Technical Engineering: In order for Production and Post Production to operate at the highest level, they need the best tools, automation and some clever workflows to boot. That’s what the Engineering team does best. I encourage the team to build on our successes, learn from our mistakes, and to dig deep into our experiences to bring new and exciting innovations to our client.

Executive Produce and Direct live and filmed programming for EHS TV-15 while maintaining overall efficiency of the station.

· Compiled a database of contact information for grassroots marketing of the film Jean-Michel Basquiat: The Radiant Child. · Assisted in the marketing through outreach and the creation of several promotional videos.

Metadata Creation Project (May ­ August 2009) · Screened and logged contextual "tags" from feature films to be used in a massive searchable online database.

· Composed and produced an array of video highlights while working alongside a producer and editor. · Trained others in the "Blue Order" system, which allows for low-resolution video feeds to be transformed into EDLs and then sent to be transcoded into high definition video files to be edited on Avid machines.
