As a Research Analyst, I worked within the Tax Exemptions Unit of the Assessment Department of Jackson County, MO. I managed tax exempt applications, accounts, and correspondence between local churches, nonprofit organization, municipalities, and political subdivisions. Our office worked closely with the Jackson County Counselor's Office in determining the.

As projects coordinator, I oversaw the outreach of six formerly homeless individuals who distributed resources at community locations. I planned special events with coalition partners to support shared goals, helped facilitate monthly Generation 50+ Group Meetings, a program of Open Access Connections, and maintained a record of voicemail numbers in one.

As an outreach specialist, my job is to ensure people have basic phone services to connect them with employment opportunities, housing, or assistance applying for government, health care, or other social services.
