My job required me to work closely with the President, General Manager and other Foremen to accomplish landscaping construction and grounds maintenance projects.I was in charge of the irrigation division of the company where I was responsible for the installation and maintenance of watering systems.Ensure the safe and proper use of heavy machinery and all other tools.My daily tasks included:-understanding work that need to be performed on a short and long term basis-planning with other members of the company to assure that clients needs were understood and met within time constraints-meeting with clients and discussing their needs and aspirations-ensuring that my team had all the proper equipment to accomplish the days tasks-ensuring the proper maintenance and safe use of power tools, hand tools and vehicles used by myself and my team-filling out work orders which included time sheets, material inventory, pricing of material and description of work that was accomplished-organizing work flow to ensure the smooth development of projects-training workers to guarantee safety-training workers to ensure work was accomplished properly-integrating new technology -installation of electronics and outdoor lighting systems-troubleshooting electronics and outdoor lighting systems-making sure budgets were respected
