During the past 30 years, I have worked in 10 Hotels, 9 cities, across 3 continents, within the hospitality and leisure industry. I have held senior/general management positions, exclusively, in five star properties overseas and have been successfully involved with hotel pre-openings,post-openings,hotel turnarounds, hotel re-positionings and hotel closures.After returning to Northern Ireland in 2000 and having held several general management positions within local hotels, I set up my own hospitality company in 2006 which has achieved year on year increased profitability, even in the midst of a severe recession.I continue to enjoy, engage and explore all opportunities within the industry, at a local level.
