Management of Global Security Analysts handling all security related requests for our internal customers. We provide solutions as well as build and enforce policies that secure our corporate environment.Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Daily analysis of all security related changes in active directory. - Manage security related projects on a global scale using the Agile/ Scrum methodology. - Conduct security reviews for new systems and software.- Access control for all internal systems and Cloud Technologies.

Responsibilities include but not limited to...- Managing a team of technical service analysts as well as escalated analysts- Quality assurance analysis- Root cause analysis- Oversee support for over 14,000 users globally.

In an effort to identify obstructions in workflow and offer solutions that may increase productivity using technical process analysis, automation and execution, our goal is to significantly increase efficiency in each respective department that we encounter. Another responsibility is to manage large scale internal projects and help manage the Business planning life cycle.
