•Escrow Specialist (Tax, Flood Insurance and MI) Manage vendors in a partnership to ensure accurate and timely disbursements are made. Evaluate loans and perform escrow analysis to ensure all escrowed loans remain compliant. MI and Tax penalty billing and refunds. Process borrower requests for MI cancellation and MI rescissions. Assist with internal and investor audits. Process vendor wires, voids and stop pays. Additional duties and projects fluctuate based on management and company needs.•ARM AnalystComplete pre and post board data validation to ensure boarded data is complete, accurate, and logical. Audit original documents such as Notes, Security Instrument, and Riders against the servicing system. Escalation point for ARM related issues and questions. Ensure timely setup, verification and QC of Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM), Fixed Interest Only and Step Rate loan parameters. Perform quality control review of automated ARM adjustments and preform reconstructions when needed. Process and monitor loans under SCRA (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act) protection.•Loss Mitigation
