My current duties as a full time construction defect repair project manager consist of litigation estimating, ROM budgets, bidding and full management of projects including contract negotiation, subcontracts, schedules, submittals, RFI’s, construction meetings, monthly projections, allowance tracking, managing, assisting site superintendents, job cost, time cards & invoice approval, subcontractor pay applications, creating tracking spreadsheets and multiple other tasks.Historic Queen Anne High School Condominiums Completed 5/4/15– The community consists of four buildings with 137 residential units. The original building was built in 1909, with three additional buildings constructed at later dates. A variety of building materials have been used at Queen Anne High School Condominiums due to the varying ages of the buildings. The original building consists of masonry and terracotta construction with large wood windows. The aging sashes show extreme wear and will be replaced with new insulated glass units that match the look of the other three existing buildings. The masonry will be restored to its original condition and damaged or missing terracotta will be replaced with new materials. The project features many historic exterior details that must be carefully protected throughout this restoration. Originally built as a public school for the Seattle Public School District in 1909, it was later renovated in 1986 to become apartments and then converted to condominiums in 2007.
