Stay in touch with new and current market trends and the broader macro environment and maintain and acute awareness of how these affect the Currency Select customer sectors including merchants and acquirers Always drive a ‘best in class’ product focus to ensure customer experience and product performance is heightened by measuring outcomes and tracking key performance indicators and recommending actions to improve merchant and customer take-up such as required currencies and flags. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop, agree and implement launch plans for new product initiatives and cover off marketing, sales, support, training and communication plans

Managing a team of staff, to deliver excellent and timely support for EFTPOS solutions.Involved in the staging and deployment of EFTPOS terminals that carry Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) software.Responsible for ensuring clients receive appropriate support from date of install through to day to day usage .Heavily involved in the deployment of a DCC eCommerce solution, using MasterCard’s Payment Gateway
