I have worked in the automotive industry for 27 years. I have studied kaizen workshops , FMEA , control plans , dimensional improvement analysis and tooling moves on production processes. Also, I have been heavily involved in the day to day issues relating to customer / supplier issues reviewing 8d concern reports, analysing root cause findings along with permanent corrective actions. I also report directly to the quality manager. I have a team of 8 key personnel who I manage on a daily bases. I have recently completed level 1in non destructive spot weld testing, and have also completed an IOSH course in Health and Safety management. I am currently attending NEBOSH Diploma due to be completed in December 2013. I am self motivated, loyal , hard working and strive to complete any tasks given too me to the highest standard.
