Tasked with ensuring they complete our 8 week training course and begin a university required project each must complete in order to graduate. These projects are done with the mutual benefit of aiding both PowerSeals most pressing concerns as well as allowing our interns the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience. Grade and report back to their respective universities about each individual’s performance categorizing both their strengths and weaknesses. Many times resulting in our hiring of previous interns into full time employees.

This includes readily accessible information in .PDF and Excel formats for use in quotes, submittals, and specification work.
