PARCE RUM

Parce rum was started by Chicago brothers Jim, Patrick, & Brian Powers, with longtime Medellin friend Jaime Uribe, as a way to build a business that would combine their deep appreciation for Colombia and outstanding spirits. The idea was born in 2011, in a finca high above the Rio Cauca valley, about a three hour drive from Medellín. Parce is our earnest, and admittedly idealistic, attempt to bottle our deep affection for a beautiful culture, land, and people, and share it with the rest of the world. To us, this meant nothing less than producing the very best aged rums in the sipping style embraced by the Colombian people and blended to provide the drier, whiskey-like finish we favor. Thanks to Bogota Master Blenders Arthur and Brojen Fernandes Domecq for our blend and everyone else who has helped make our award-winning rum possible.
