As a Senior SAM Consultant I helped to create the ISO/IEC 19770-1 Software Asset Management standard and then worked to develop awareness of SAM in the market, drawing attention to the importance of using the standard through delivering SAM Presentations, Seminars and Training.

Led SAM Services as General Manager of the Software Audit & Asset Management team. Also Senior Project & Service Delivery Manager and Qualified SAM Consultant.

Managed the Technical and Software Development Consultants and the Helpdesk engineers. In addition, I designed, implemented and project managed technical solutions using advanced project management techniques to produce practical complimentary sales strategies for each vendor initiative. To achieve this, I had to understand the channel strategies with respect to services of Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, CA, IBM Lotus, Symantec and Veritas.

I provided high quality technical consultancy, through designing & managing a Business Skills Evaluation program that ensured training effectiveness and increased competency. This included implementing and managing Technical Projects (ISEB).
