Project achieved a breakage reduction on the 10 inch round plate from 2.34% to 0.3% resulting in approx. $200,000 in savings a year- Worked to achieve a 6.2% OEE improvement from 2015 to 2016 on all lines

- Supervised the hot end glass manufacturing hourly personnel and activities on a rotating shift basis- Led a shift of up to 12 operators at a time, focusing on the safety of all employees and achieving desired select rates and quality performance - Interfaced with other departments upstream and downstream the forming process to ensure we were achieving the Pressware safety, quality, and manufacturing standards

Performed research on flow characterization in different nozzle types, surface tension analysis of the system, carried out various other lab duties and projects. Performed failure analysis on VI-Chip failures in a manufacturing environment. Tested and analyzed VI-Chip board laminates and materials using various tools including: Instron, X-Ray, Sonoscan and multi-meters. Presented results to the packaging group.
