Primary Function/General Purpose of Position:Hands-on technical leader that is responsible for execution of strategic and related business requirements into practical technology applications for the Enterprise Data Center. This position collaborates with the Directors of Architecture and Enterprise Technology Services in the I/S Technical Infrastructure design and collaborate with the Senior Technical staff to ensure the system infrastructure meets technical requirements for delivery of I/T solutions. Develop and review and provide recommendations on technical design for large-scale complex infrastructure projects participate in systems selection for appropriate information technology and provide oversight in the implementation of systems. The scope includes:• Review of vendor technical requirements and recommending appropriate technical design• Prepare infrastructure (hardware and system software) requirements for third party proposals• Lead the infrastructure implementation• Evaluate financial and functional impact of IS infrastructure alternatives• Work with Application Analyst to develop configuration specificationsCustomer Satisfaction:• Oversees customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction and develops with the assistance of other I/S Technology Team personnel action plans as appropriate.• Provides follow-up to customers as necessary to resolve any dis-satisfactions.• Monitors performance of the Enterprise team to meet the basic service level agreements between I/S and its customers.
