Mr. Watson has been involved in the environmental consulting field since 1995. Prior to entry into the environmental consulting field, Mr. Watson served as a Chemical Operations Specialist with the United States Army. He has a working knowledge of regulations and projects involving lead, asbestos, indoor air quality and mold. Mr. Watson has extensive experience with a wide variety of public, private, and industrial clients. Mr. Watson specializes in managing mold investigations, lead and asbestos inspections, risk assessments, and abatement project and air monitoring for a wide range of residential developments (single-family homes and large-scale multi-family apartment complexes), commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Mr. Watson has developed and implemented all aspects of assessments and reporting for mold, lead-based paint and asbestos projects. Mr. Watson maintains multiple technical certifications/licenses related to the environmental, health and safety fields and has significant experience in dealing with sensitive issues that may arise during these types of activities.
