Managing daily Preventative Maintenance tasks for Alloy Engineering and then Hickey Fabrication Services Ltd, Managing the daily tasks and allocating tasks to each team member, Reporting all Maintenance issues to Maintenance Manager, Partaking in meetings associated with all maintenance issues,Managing weekend and daily Preventative Maintenance tasks and projects on machinery such as:sandblast machines, high pressure washing systems, plaster mixing machines, injection moulding machines with plastic feed systems, pick and place systems, robots and conveyors, high temperature furnaces - including rebuilding the furnace refractory as necessary, cut-off saws etc.Completed welding and fabrication services both mild steel and stainless steel where needed.When not working in Honeywell Turbo Technologies, I completed work in TEVA, Waterford Industrial estate, Waterford such as stainless steel welding and fitting of stainless steel railings in clean room.
