Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup for internal and external customers. Creates workarounds and defect fixes as needed. Creates procedures and documents issues and solutions. Escalates urgent problems as appropriate. This position required some domestic and international travel.

Primary Function:Provides testing services and performs quality assurance duties under the direction of Fitting System Project Management. Primarily create and execute manual test scripts, log and track issues, and work with development staff to reproduce problems and verify fixes. Would be working with mobile app testing (Apple and Android in future).Objectives & Goals:Test the product for compliance to stakeholder needs and quality objectives. Gather information and assist in making release readiness decisions. Validate compliance to the development methodology.Responsibilities:· The technical tasks of testing: analysis, design, creation, execution, and documentation of test plans and scripts· Interface with engineering staff to identify testable features of the design· Review requirements and engineering documents to prepare system test documents· Support Risk Management activities· Responsible for checking newly developed software for reliability and readiness for release· Interface with project management throughout lifecycle of project· Updating daily and weekly test completion status· Communicating to the Software QA Manager and proactively working to resolve any issues· Manage offshore testing teams
