As Operations Manager I oversee the daily events throughout the company and lend a hand in all aspects and duties in order to provide clients the best level of service that we can offer them.

As the Executive Account Manager for Knoll's consignment program I work with both the Knoll Office and the Knoll Studio division in maintaining their inventory of goods to sent out on loan, facilitate the coordination of shipping and receiving those items to prospective buyers in a timely and organized manner so that Knoll's reputation for quality of product and service is upheld throughout the entire delivery process. My daily duties include:• Coordinating with the project managers for Knoll Studio and Knoll Office in delivering the furniture and picking up the furniture from clients• Meeting time and date specific requirements for these pickups. • Handle any issues that our guys might run into while handling these pickups and deliveries• Issue paperwork for these pickups or deliveries so we are pulling or receiving the correct furniture • Create new SKU’s for new product• Maintain a running inventory of over 400 different SKU’s for product• Receive, Inspect and Report on any damages to the furniture and advise if I believe that the items should be pulled from stock due to damages• Ensure that items are placed in the correct bins for easy and correct order fulfillment.• Rate and create BOL’s after deliveries have been completed• Maintain fiscal reports for Knoll Consignment work as well as order reports

As the Junior Account Manager for Knoll Inc., my job was to work with my coworkers and Manager in the handling of the needs of the Knoll Studio division and their clients. Some examples of my daily duties include:- I oversaw the receiving of all inbound freight and notified the Knoll Logistics division of any damages from transportation- processing of paperwork and checking in orders- coordinating and scheduling of deliveries - taking care of all sales associates and Knoll Logistics requests for the customers- Communicating with Knoll Logistics and Customer Service any issues that occurred during deliveries as well as sending POD's to Knoll Logistics.- Creating and gathering quotes and estimates for deliveries or returns- Working with Knoll Logistics and their mixing center east location on RMA'sDuring this time period, I oversaw a few smaller projects for Knoll Studio's marketing division including the receiving and coordinating of products for multiple photo shoots. I was also the project manager for the renovation of the main dining areas of the 4 Seasons Hotel at 375 Park Ave. During this project, I worked with the General manager as well as multiple supervisors for different labors in coordinating our schedules and the protection of over 150 pieces of fragile furniture during the final stages of cleaning & repair of the dining areas.

As an Assistant Account Manager for Suite New York, my job was to work with my coworker in the handling of the needs of Suite New York and their clients. Some examples of my daily duties included:- the receiving and processing of release tickets - coordinating and scheduling of deliveries - taking care of all sales associates requests for the customers- I oversaw the receiving, inspection, and reporting of all inbound freight and coordinated damages with the Logistics Managers- Working with the factories for Suite New York's vendors in communicating damages to products and possible causes for damages- Communicating with the Sales Associates any issues that occurred during deliveries as well as sending POD's to sales staff.- Creating and gathering quotes and estimates for deliveries- Overseeing the coordination and organization of freight for various projects at a time- Managing the installation of items for showroom moves and rearranging of goods in the Suite New York ShowroomWhile I was an assistant account manager I implemented a system to track sales orders throughout the process of receiving all the way to delivering. In doing so, we were able to create our first inventory control system. During my time as Account Manager, I oversaw and lead the way for installations in New York City for Lincoln Center, in New Orleans for Tulane University, as well as numerous showroom moves as well as overseeing, designing, structure & implementation of Suite New York's E-Commerce Program with Wright Brothers starting in 2015.

As a warehouse manager, it was my job to oversee all employees in the warehouse and ensure that the day to day duties within the company and those expectations for our clients were consistently maintained. My particular duties for warehouse manager included:- supervising the offloading of all inbound freight and ensuring the care and proper paperwork was filed with each shipment-coordinating the loading of each vehicle to ensure that each truck had the correct freight on the truck as well as all the equipment needed to complete the pickups and deliveries for that following day- overseeing the inspection and check-in process for all inbound freight- creating all inspection and receiving reports- rating all inbound freight paperwork for billingWhile warehouse manager I created and implemented a system of checking inbound freight that resulted in a reduction of check-in time during reports
